THOMAS M. PARSONS graduated in 1984 from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in linguistics; in 1987 he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona. He joined Stubbs & Schubart, P. C., in 1987, and is a partner. Mr. Parsons is fluent in Portuguese.
